We are looking for a lawyer to join our growing Restructuring and Insolvency practice group in Helsinki or Turku. Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience handling assignments related to restructuring and insolvency, but we also consider more experienced applicants. In addition to an analytical legal mind, you will have team-player's spirit, a resolution-focused mindset and a keen willingness to expand your knowledge further.

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years' experience in bankruptcy proceedings and corporate restructuring cases.
•  A genuine interest in becoming a skilled restructuring and insolvency lawyer.
• A growth-oriented and commercial mindset, with a drive for continuous self-development.
• A curious mind, ambition for excellence and solid analytical and drafting skills.
• Ability to commit to building strong client relationships. A genuine interest in understanding our clients' business and creating value by offering straightforward solutions to their needs.
• Eagerness to act proactively as part of a team and to effectively coach colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish, Swedish a plus.
