We are looking for professional buffet-cooks for the winter season 2026–2027!

As a buffet cook, your responsibilities include preparing high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes at the hotel as well as at the Wilderness Center restaurant, located approximately 20 km from the hotel. Your duties include kitchen preparation, replenishing products, assisting in the dining area, and performing a variety of other kitchen tasks. You will work shifts where you may occasionally be required to work independently, so we are looking for candidates with previous experience as a buffet cook, excellent teamwork skills, and an understanding of high-quality kitchen operations. Experience in cooking over an open fire is considered an advantage. You will work as part of international team - Finnish language skills are not required. 

Employment starts with orientation in Mid-November 2026 and lasts til March-April 2027. Terms of employment are following the Finnish Collective agreement for hotel- and restaurant industry. Salary according to the agreement. Employment contract will be between Bondata and employee. Shared accommodation in Saariselkä will be organized by the company for a reasonable rent.

• B-driving lisence and own car are an advantage in this area
