Business Analyst, Espoo, Finland

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Business Transformation team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact initiatives, deliver data-driven insights, and support the company’s strategic direction in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Insights
• Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and scenarios
• Track industry trends and support partnerships, M&A, and innovation
Business & Performance Intelligence
• Gather and synthesize cross-functional data
• Track strategic KPIs; prepare dashboards and scorecards
• Build analytical tools to support performance reviews
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Support annual and long-range planning
• Coordinate workshops and cross-functional initiatives
• Translate strategy into execution plans and monitor progress
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Prepare presentations for Executive Team and Board
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment
• Support communication of strategic priorities
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
• 2–4+ years in strategy, consulting, corporate development, finance, or analytics
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Highly curious, structured, and analytical
Preferred
• Experience in multinational or consulting environments
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or technology sectors

The position will be based in our head office in Espoo and it is a hybrid role. Starting time would be preferably as soon as possible or latest in the beginning of January, 2026.
