Our CFO Office is looking for a Business Controller who is eager to learn, grow and help also us on the same path. Business Controller is a key role in both finance and business teams. The role consists of providing financial support and advisory to our business units. You will be responsible for finance and project controlling, forecasting, analytics and management reporting.

This is an excellent next step for you if you are interested in IT business, have business acumen and possess a mindset of driving growth. We are looking for someone, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and is able to bring development ideas to the table. We also hope that you are an analytical thinker, who likes sharing and developing their ideas forward with the whole team and other stakeholders.

 

You might be a perfect match for Business Controller if:

  • You may already have few years of experience in business controlling, accounting or other relevant experience or recently graduated and starting your career
  • You have Master level degree in economics, accounting or finance/business administration
  • You have excellent skills in MS Office and especially Excel, skills in Power BI is an asset
  • You have knowledge in basic finance and controlling tasks
  • You work fluently in English and Swedish
  • You have excellent collaboration skills
  • As a person you are committed and proactive team player, and also an analytical thinker
  • You are eager to learn and constantly develop yourself

 

You will join a network of finance professionals. In your role you are supported by our CFO, Finance team and colleagues equipped with lot of experience in Roima’s business. We would primarily like your location to be our Västerås office / Stockholm area, but we use at Roima a hybrid model, so you can also work partly remotely.
