Business Development Representative

We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative to be the engine of our new business growth. You will be the first point of contact for future customers, turning proactive outreach into qualified opportunities for our sales team. 💼 What you’ll be doing

This isn’t about just hitting call targets. It’s about being a smart, persistent, and creative force for new business, laying the groundwork for long-term customer relationships. You will:

  • Drive proactive outreach using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn) to connect with potential customers and articulate our value.

  • Generate qualified sales meetings for our Sales Managers, serving as the engine for our sales pipeline.

  • Manage and maintain your own pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring a systematic and organised approach to your work.

  • Collaborate and share insights with the sales and marketing teams, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground to spot market trends.

  • Contribute to our team's success by helping to develop our team’s working methods and implement AI-supported practices.

🎯 What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Fluent Finnish and English: You are a confident and effective communicator in both languages, comfortable making calls in either.

  • Some BDR or Cold Calling Experience: You have a proven ability to engage in proactive outreach and are not afraid to pick up the phone.

  • Resilience & Coachability: You can handle rejection, stay motivated, and have a strong desire to learn, adapt, and improve.

  • A Systematic and Organised Mindset: You thrive on managing your own pipeline, documenting your work, and ensuring consistent follow-up.

  • Business-Minded Drive: You take initiative, understand the bigger picture, and are motivated by achieving results.

🧑‍💻 Your background

  • Worked in a B2B sales or telesales role.

  • Come from a high-energy sales organisation.

  • Been recognised as a persistent and positive team member who gets things done.

  • Previous experience in solution or service selling is considered a strong plus.

💼 Compensation & Ownership
The base salary for this position is €2,500–€2,750 per month, depending on your skills and experience. You will learn more about the variable bonus model and other benefits during the recruitment process. After six months, you may have the opportunity to join our Employee Incentive Program and become a company owner - the way we reward our shared success.
