COMMERCIAL ANALYST

Wipak Group’s Finance organization offers for proactive problem solvers a far-reaching path in rapidly evolving international packaging industry. Commercial Excellence team leads various development projects and supports our sales organization as business partners in areas of pricing, planning, and reporting in order to get better results and faster in this vuca world. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and offers flexible work locations according to Wipak locations.

Your role in a nutshell

As a vital part of our team, you will be involved in:

• Participate into various tool and process development projects
• Support Sales team in Pricing of individual quotations and larger tenders
• Oversee and support sales planning and customer management processes
• Report and analyze sales performance and KPIs
• Develop MS Power BI reporting
• Ensure users’ skills and know-how by proactive support and conducting trainings

Who we're excited to welcome

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or in final stage of getting one)
• Min 1 year experience in developer, controller, analyst, or comparable role
• A hands-on and proactive approach that gets things done
• The willingness to lead and drive initiatives forward
• Excellent interpersonal approach
• Enthusiastic, independent, and persistent approach to work
• Understanding of financial concepts, profit, and loss dynamics
• Fluent English skills
• Advanced IT skills

We consider it an advantage if you are familiar with manufacturing industry business, enterprise IT systems, and applications such as SAP ERP, MS Azure & Power BI, or if you have experience in sales planning, pricing, or project management.
