To strengthen our global Wipak Health Division organization we are currently looking for 

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER 

As a Communications & Marketing Manager you play a crucial role in advancing the marketing of the Wipak Health division and managing both external and internal communications for Wipak Oy in Finland. In addition, you champion brand management and marketing strategy. As our Communications & Marketing Manager you are dedicated to enhancing brand awareness, support in new product launches as well as creating compelling content to align business objectives and meet the stakeholders' needs. With the global marketing team, you will plan, organize, and participate in global health trade fairs, as well as coordinate with external agencies and vendors, and monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You act as a supervisor for marketing team in Finland and work in close cooperation with Wipak Food Division, and Wihuri marketing and communications teams. In this position you will report to Business Development Director, and you will be located to Wipak Nastola, Finland. In this position you will work regularly on-site while utilizing your hybrid working model. 

What we expect from you 

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a suitable field. 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven track record of marketing and communications in an international environment. 

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 

• Native written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and excellent skills in English. 

• Strong project management skill and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and media relations.
