  • Expand international funding and lead fundraising planning in collaboration with functions based in Helsinki.
  • Develop relationships with partners, churches, donors, authorities, and networks; promote Felm Fellowship cooperation; and represent Felm externally.

What We Expect from You

  • Proven expertise in program, financial, people, and partnership management.
  • Demonstrated success in international fundraising and the development of donor-funded programs.
  • A strategic and analytical leadership approach, together with strong expertise in security management, operating environment analysis, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent English language skills, strong collaboration and network leadership capabilities, and an understanding of church-related international work.
  • Willingness to reside in Bangkok, travel regularly, and commit to Felm's identity, values, and ethical principles.

Knowledge of the operating countries and their ecclesiastical and societal contexts is considered an advantage.
