In Niger, the FRC will shift from a consortium modality to a bilateral cooperation, and the portfolio is yet to be designed. In both countries, a strong emphasis will be on National Society Development (NSD) and organisational change. Multilaterally, the FRC supports both the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) operations.
