Country Manager

to join our team in Finland.

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and develop Fogmaker’s operations in Finland with full responsibility and a unique opportunity to build a strong and sustainable local business.

In this role, your main responsibility area is to drive the company’s growth in alignment with Fogmaker’s international strategy. Your mission is to establish a strong market presence, lead and build our high-performing local team, and create a profitable and scalable business in Finland.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the long-term strategy for the Finnish market
• Work directly with designated OEM/other strategic customers, developing long-term business relationships and identifying key partnerships across prioritized business segments and regions
• Leading and building a local team to support sustainable growth
• Managing operations, budgets, and overall performance of Fogmaker Finland Oy, ensuring alignment with Fogmaker’s global vision, values, and processes
• Representing the company in the market and strengthening the brand

This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you will actively engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders while building the business from the ground up.

To be successful in this position, you already have strong experience in leading teams and managing sales processes. You have several years of experience in B2B sales through OEMs and other partners, preferably within the automotive or machinery industry. You possess a strong technical understanding and a continuous interest in learning more. You are also very familiar with international business and negotiations. You are fluent in English and in Finnish and ready to travel within Finland.

As a person, you are business-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about building long-term relationships. You are structured and know how to prioritize effectively, taking ownership of your areas of responsibility. You are curious, attentive, and eager to grow together with your team.
