Country Sales Manager, Cloud Factory

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Sales Manager to lead and oversee Cloud Factory´s sales operations in Finland. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and providing market insights to support our broader business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Finnish revenue target from day one. Set clear quarterly goals, track your pipeline, and report progress to the wider international sales organisation.
  • Shape and execute the Finnish go-to-market plan. Design hands-on sales motions—prospecting, demos, proposals, closing—while refining the playbook as traction grows.
  • Activate and expand the partner channel. Recruit, enable, and co-sell with small/medium IT partners. Our centralized Partner Care team (outside Finland) provides onboarding support.
  • Drive new business and negotiate end-to-end. Identify high-potential accounts, lead commercial discussions, and secure agreements that expand our footprint.
  • Be the face of the company for Finnish customers. Own the relationship post-sale, working with Customer Success and Partner Care colleagues to ensure adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate across borders. Share market insight with marketing, product, and fellow country managers; co-create campaigns that raise brand visibility in Finland.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape. Translate local trends into agile sales tactics, while exchanging best practices with international peers.
  • Ensure smooth operations and compliance. Maintain CRM hygiene, contracts, and basic admin—supported by headquarters functions for finance, legal, and marketing.

 

We expect you to have

  • Proven personal sales success in Finland — consistently over target.
  • Track record of building and retaining a partner & customer base with strong satisfaction scores.
  • Experience with joint marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility.
  • Deep knowledge of the Finnish SMB IT-partner ecosystem.
  • Outstanding communication and networking ability across C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, yet enjoys cooperating with an international team.
  • Fluent Finnish and English.
