Creative Operations & Studio Manager

We are looking for Creative Operations & Studio Manager to ensure that Lumene Group’s creative organization delivers high‑quality work efficiently, sustainably and in line with business priorities. This role is responsible for the operational backbone of the creative function, supporting Lumene Group’s in-house creative agency, including direct people management of the creative studio team. Working in close partnership with the Creative Director, the Creative Operations & Studio Manager enables creative excellence by establishing clear workflows, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery predictability, allowing creatives to focus on doing their best work. The position can be based at our headquarters in Espoo or at our Stockholm office.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end‑to‑end creative flow from brief to delivery, ensuring work is well‑structured, prioritized and delivered predictably.
- Ensures effective capacity planning and resource allocation, balancing workload, priorities and available creative resources.
- Develops and maintains workflows, processes and tools that enable efficient, consistent and high‑quality creative work.
- Manages external freelancers and agencies to ensure smooth collaboration, cost efficiency and alignment with internal ways of working.
- Leads and develops the in‑house studio team, fostering clarity, well‑being and effective ways of working.
- Acts as a bridge between business and creative teams, ensuring clear understanding of needs, priorities and delivery plans.

What You Bring
- Experience in creative operations, studio management, production or project leadership.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across brand, design, content and campaigns.
- Strong experience managing creative teams.
- Strong planning, prioritization and communication skills.
- Structured, people‑centric and solution‑oriented.
Bonus if You Have
- Experience in a brand‑driven organization.
- Background in scaling or formalizing creative operations.
- Familiarity with capacity planning models or resource management tools.
