To ensure that the magic in soundproof pods happens in the future supported by an innovative, energetic, and development-oriented finance team, we are looking for Credit Controller to join our team in Tampere for a fixed-term (one year) position. In this role, you are managing the credit control process including credit checks, customer payment behavior, contacting customers, and coordination of dunning. You work closely with sales and partner support teams globally and lead this area's development. Your daily work is a good combination of development, cooperation with our stakeholders, and hands-on work. As a credit controller you are familiar with invoice and money flows of an international business and can recognize what could be done differently. You are ready to solve key business problems together with the key stakeholders and contributors by either driving process change or recommending IT system improvements.
What we expect you to bring to our team is previous experience in a global business environment, an energetic drive and a solution-oriented mindset. We are looking for a team player who is a quick learner who balances independent work and knowing when to ask a colleague. You might be the person we are looking for if you’re development-oriented, interested in business and processes, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To succeed in this role you have strong spoken and written skills in English (a must) and in Finnish (nice to have). You also have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent in business or finance supported by work experience for some time already. We support remote work but the role requires regular visits to the office, approximately twice a month.
