CRM system responsible

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization. Our work is based on donations, and we can help patients and secure the independence of our humanitarian work thanks to our donors. Up to 95% of our funds stem from private individuals.

MSF was established in Finland 2018 to support humanitarian aid, and already 37,000 donors in Finland contribute to our humanitarian cause.We are now looking for a CRM specialist to join our team. You will be part of fundraising team of 8 professionals to take overall responsibility for the CRM system, Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, NPSP.

As CRM system responsible, you will be leading the Salesforce development projects. Among the current projects are launching Marketing Cloud and digitalizing the sign-up process of monthly donors where you have a technical support role.

You are the administrator of Salesforce NPSP, and you are responsible for the daily management of the system. You are responsible for the integrations, data processing, and maintenance and documentation of the system. You are also responsible for the processing of personal information in compliance with regulations and internal guidelines. You take initiative and propose more efficient ways to work and serve our donors better. You are also responsible for the implementation of the data strategy.

You are responsible for the development projects, such as integrations between different systems. You also assist the fundraising team in building processes, management, and reporting. You are the contact person for our Salesforce partner. You can prioritize development tasks in accordance with the strategic priorities and workload. You enable the efficient use of the Salesforce technology by organising trainings and development paths for the end-users.

In addition, you participate in the Systems Working Group. When possible and depending on your workload, you may provide consultation to other offices in implementing Salesforce.

We will interview the applicants in week 5 (31.1.-4.2.2022). The applicants selected for the interview will be asked to take a survey mapping their skills and experience before the interview. The interview will be held in English.

The contract will start as soon as possible or as agreed, but preferably in March 2022 at the latest.

Who we are looking for

We require:

  • Commitment to the humanitarian principles and values of the MSF
  • Interest in working with fundraising in the third sector
  • A relevant degree
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems in an administrator role
  • Project management skills and ability to implement plans
  • Fluent English skills

We prefer:

  • Relevant experience with Salesforce in an administrator role
  • Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Experience with automated marketing systems
  • Experience in third sector fundraising or B2C business

Benefits

The contract will be open-ended with a six (6) month probation. The salary is 3,172€ per month. In addition, we offer lunch and sports benefits, and leisure-time accident insurance Working time is 37,5 hours per week. Our office is located in the Vallila district of Helsinki. We currently work in accordance with the remote work recommendation. You can continue working remotely flexibly also in the future.
