CRM System Responsible

Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières, MSF) is an organization that saves lives and alleviates suffering where the need is greatest. Since 2018, MSF Finland (Lääkärit Ilman Rajoja ry) has inspired over 100,000 donors in Finland to support our cause. Now, we are looking for a CRM System Responsible to join us and help achieve our ambitious goals for the coming years.

As a CRM System Responsible, your main responsibilities is to oversee the CRM environment, ensuring functionality, effectiveness, automation, user-friendliness, and continuous development to support fundraising growth.

Key Responsibilities

CRM System Administration

  • Manage overall system functionality and performance, resolve issues, maintain documentation, and manage user permissions
  • Provide support and training to internal users and collaborate with suppliers for system improvements

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate data processing and high data quality through integrations monitoring, regular clean-ups, adherence to best practices and training
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and continuously develop and support data protection policies to safeguard personal data

CRM Development

  • Identify needs with key stakeholders and propose new initiatives for system development, ensuring that the CRM system evolves to meet the organization's goals
  • Prioritise development with the support from your line manager, and coordinate implementation, testing and roll-outs of new features and improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects

Enable Fundraising Excellence

  • Enable Fundraising Department to achieve financial targets using CRM tools, and optimise CRM strategies with Data Analyst
  • Train and support the fundraising team promote best practices and innovative approaches

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with:

  • Commitment to the humanitarian principles and values of MSF
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems in an administrator role
  • Previous working experience with Salesforce technologies
  • Project management skills and ability to implement plans
  • Interest in working with fundraising in the third sector
  • A relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Fluency in written and oral English and good communication skills
  • Active participation in maintaining and promoting a healthy work culture

We also value:

  • Relevant experience with Salesforce in an administrator role
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, especially Marketing Cloud
  • Work experience in multi-channel third sector fundraising or B2C business

Benefits

Work hours: 37,5 hours work week (100%)

Salary: 3 432 € / month

Benefits: Extensive occupational healthcare, freetime accident insurance, wellness contribution benefit (240 euro/year), lunch benefit.

Location: Our office is in Vallila, Helsinki, and we offer a possibility to flexibly combine remote and local work.
