🎯 Role highlights

Your focus will be on managing our growing portfolio of small to mid-sized customers by developing scalable, tech-driven processes. This role could be perfect for a customer-facing professional who is ready to take the next step into a more strategic and process-oriented success role.

  • Shape customer success at scale – Develop and implement scalable, semi-automated workflows to support our growing segment of small to mid-sized customers.
  • A key collaborative role – Work closely with other CSMs as a brainstorming partner, and collaborate with R&D, Customer Support, and Sales to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Hybrid work model – Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid model with a great office space in Pasila, Helsinki, for our in-office collaboration days.
  • Grow with us – In this role, you will have a direct impact on our customer retention and growth, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Compensation & ownership – We offer a salary range of 3 000–3 800 €/month based on your experience, plus a variable component and the opportunity to become a shareholder.

👩🏼‍💻What you’ll be doing

This isn’t about just managing accounts. It’s about making a real difference by building a smart, scalable foundation for customer success. You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, using a strategic, data-driven approach to prioritize engagement and drive health.
  • Proactively engage with customers by conducting churn-prevention conversations, identifying upsell opportunities, and onboarding training (where applicable). This means approaching customers proactively.
  • Develop and implement scalable workflows to manage risks, spot growth opportunities, and onboard customers efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, proactively address churn risks, and find opportunities for upselling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, helping them get the most value out of our platform and achieve their goals.

We use tools like Planhat, Intercom, and Linear – no need to master them all upfront, a curious mindset and a drive to learn go a long way.

🛠️What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (like support, sales, consulting, or account management) where you have built strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills – you know how to focus your energy where it matters most.
  • A self-motivated and curious mindset with a genuine drive to learn and improve.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English (C2 or native level).
  • You're comfortable in a SaaS environment; you naturally think in terms of subscriptions, retention, and how technology can be used to create a better customer experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms; you understand the basics of how a modern software business operates.

  • Worked in a customer-facing team, possibly within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Been responsible for managing a number of customer relationships or accounts simultaneously.
  • Developed a process-driven mindset and a knack for creating efficient, one-to-many engagement models.
  • Developed a structured way of working and a knack for finding more efficient ways to get things done.

🚨 Compensation & Ownership
We believe in a compensation model which includes fixed salary, variable compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to become a shareholder in TalentAdore. Our initial salary ranges for different seniority levels are: Professional €3,000–3,500, Experienced Hire €3,500–3,800 per month. The base salary will be determined according to your skills and experience level. This role also includes bonuses tied to portfolio growth. After six months, you can express interest in joining our Employee Incentive Program and become an owner by buying shares - an exciting way to earn extra rewards from our shared success.
