Customer Success Specialist

Framery is known for its high-quality office phone booths, pods and private spaces—And now we want to make sure that Framery will be famous for the digital side of the pods, as well as for world-class after sales customer experience.


Basic responsibilities and job duties in the role:

  • Work together with our customers, developing experiences that promote retention and loyalty. Target is to find out what are the desired outcomes from Framery products and how you can help your customers to achieve them.
  • Ensure that the customer succeeds with our products and digital services by supporting our digital-led customer onboarding process when there is a need for a human touch and making sure all the tasks created by the Customer Success Management system are completed in a timely manner.
  • When a customer needs guidance and tips for smooth deployment of the pods, you help them to move forward by telling what to do next and why so that they get the most out of the investment.
  • Identify risks of churn as well as opportunities to increase product adoption by tracking metrics that describe the overall customer satisfaction and the level of product adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our new digital products and features by establishing a deep knowledge of our digital products and services.
  • Contribute to product improvements and upcoming release cycles by systematically gathering and sharing customer feedback for product management and engineering teams.
  • Work in cooperation with Sales representatives, Customer Success Managers and Technical Support team to maintain continuous and deep knowledge of overall customer happiness.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • Fluent English proficiency, spoken and written. All other language skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience of working in customer interface and a true passion for customer experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a good intuition to understand who the recipient is and change the approach based on the personality, situation and a desired result. Person who gets positive vibes from being able to win the customer’s trust with great listening skills and a positive professional attitude.
  • Great self-management skills. Organised and proactive approach instead of reactive.
  • An internal desire to be on top of things and tasks with ability to juggle many administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • A result oriented approach with great problem solving skills and good technical understanding.
  • Strives to continuously improve the daily work and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices together with the team.
  • Ability to react quickly in unexpected situations and adapt smoothly to change.
  • A passion to discover your full potential with ambitious like-minded team mates.
  • According to the current hybrid model in use, has the ability to work with the team at Framery’s office in Tampere approx. three days a week.
