Our Customer Service Unit is now looking for two Support Specialists to join our great team. The position includes B2B customer service via email, ticketing system, and phone. The work includes some shift work outside normal office hours. We help our customers with questions related to using our products and guide them in error situations. We work closely with our product development, platform, and professional services teams.
Joining us in this role is a good move for you if you already have some experience of working in customer service, (long enough to know, that you really enjoy it) and you are interested in working in the fast-evolving world of international fintech. You will have colleagues in Poland and in Finland.
Also, it is a clear advantage, If you have any experience or knowledge in working with our products, like Cash Management (in the past known as OpusCapita Cash Management)
