As a Data Trainee, you'll be working with:

During the summer you’ll work with real-world product usage data, directly influencing feature development and user experience. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern data tools and processes: AWS cloud technologies, reporting tools like Power BI, data warehousing with Snowflake. 

You won't be navigating this alone! You will receive support from the hiring manager and the senior Data Team members throughout the traineeship, ensuring you have clear guidance and opportunities to learn.

We Are Looking for:

We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious, proactive, and approaches challenges with a positive attitude. A collaborative and communicative personality that enjoys working as part of a team will thrive in our environment. No previous formal work experience is required. We are more interested in seeing how you have demonstrated your core skills through personal projects or academic work.

Key competences we are looking for:

• Good foundation in Python, SQL skills, and experience with data visualization tools. 
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English. 
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), understanding Data Warehousing Concepts are nice to have skills but not required.

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and fixed-term position from May to the end of August 2026. We hope you can start on May 4th, but the exact dates can be agreed on together to suit the needs of both parties best. Please tell us in your application when you would be able to start. The position is located in Framery HQ in Tampere.

The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from 2250€ to €2800 per month for a full-time contract. The final compensation depends on the achieved study credits.
