Our dynamic Salesforce Platform & Solutions team is responsible for developing and maintaining Elisa Salesforce environment as a core part of our business operations. - Ensuring the platform remains healthy, scalable, and well-architected over time;

We work closely with both business and technology stakeholders, and we are continuously improving how we plan, prioritise, and deliver work. The role
We are looking for a Delivery Lead with strong Salesforce expertise to take end-to-end responsibility for delivery on the platform and advancing both technical and business roadmaps.
This hybrid role combines leading delivery, shaping solutions, and coaching the team. You support the team in maintaining a clear delivery focus while helping improve collaboration, ways of working, and delivery flow. You do not lead through hierarchy; instead, you create clarity, remove blockers, and help teams succeed in a sustainable way.
You will act as a key link between business and technology, ensuring that priorities, scope, dependencies, and trade-offs are visible and managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What you will do:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into deliverable work.
- Define and shape Salesforce solutions together with architects and developers, ensuring feasibility, maintainability, and alignment with platform standards.
- Break down large or unclear requests into well-scoped, prioritised work items.
- Track progress and ensure deliveries stay aligned with agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and drive them towards resolution.
- Support prioritisation and sequencing of work based on business value, technical constraints, and team capacity.
- Maintain alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and architects on what is being delivered and why.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform health and sustainable development practices.
- Support the team through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement of ways of working.
- Strengthen collaboration, transparency, and predictability in an agile delivery environment.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines hands-on Salesforce understanding with strong delivery ownership and a coaching mindset.
Required experience and skills:
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, including designing and implementing business solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and common design trade-offs.
- Experience working in a role that combines business collaboration with technical delivery.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear scope, priorities, and actionable work for delivery teams.
- Experience coordinating work in environments with multiple teams, systems, dependencies, or vendors.
- Good judgment in prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs.
- Ability to identify delivery risks early and manage them in a structured way.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting agile ways of working and helping teams improve how they collaborate and deliver.
The following are not required, but would be an advantage:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with products in the Salesforce ecosystem such as Data 360, Agentforce, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ solutions.
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards and frameworks.
- Experience working in a telecom or similarly integrated business environment.
