Delivery lead / Sr project manager

We are looking to strengthen our team with delivery leads with 3+ years of experience working as a project manager.

You will have the overall responsibility of our projects' success in terms of scope, quliaty, budget and schedule etc.

To succeed you need to understand and be interested in our customers businesses. Understanding requirements and executing quality projects is our foundations for long term customer relationships. As a project manager you need to be well organized, analytical and have aproactive attitude. Successful candidates need to have a genuine interest in technical development as well as data driven marketing.

You will be working in the intersection of business and technology, and you need to have previous experience from managing projects in the technological or digital marketing landscapes. You need to work fluently with technical architects, developers and analysts.


Key responsibilities indlude:

  • Defining and managing project scopes and financials, including phases, milestones, major tasks and resource requirements together with account manager
  • Managing day to day operations within our customer teams, including people leadership
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project, notifying the customer of all risks and deviations, as well as successes and achievements
  • Managing risks, including mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensuring deliverables are on time, withing budget and with the required level of quality (as a minimum)


Desired skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within project management
  • Documented ability to successfully manage business projects with heavy IT dependencies
  • Certifications in agile methodologies a plus
  • You have experience from digital solutions such as marketing technologies
  • You are a digital native and a business and solution oriented person
  • You are a team player with excellent leadership skills
  • Your collaborations skills enable you to work across entire organisations and lead cross functional teams
  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude, great drive and good interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish (Finnish or German considered a plus)
