Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager will lead a global team that oversees demand generation with focus on paid marketing, content based traffic generation, website conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics. The Demand Generation Manager will be in charge of the global paid budget, making sure it is invested in the right channels to scale our key markets globally by driving demo requests and qualified leads. This person will have global team members reporting directly to him/her. The global nature of Nosto will require flexibility with time zones and availability to accommodate important company-wide sessions, team member catch-ups, and global meetings. 

This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing at Nosto.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Track and continuously report on reach and impact of demand generation campaigns, measuring effectiveness and continually optimizing to drive ROI, covering retail and non-retail verticals.

  • Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across retail and non-retail verticals.

  • Target ICP by identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: 

    • Search Engine optimization

    • Pay per click marketing / SEM

    • Paid social in existing and new channels 

    • Retargeting

    • Paid digital content as well as website content optimization 

    • Email marketing and automation

  • Work closely with content, design, sales, product, and operations to develop and optimize campaigns, content, landing pages, emails, webinars, guides, advertising assets, and reporting.

  • Marketo admin: establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, database management, and workflows between Marketo and Salesforce.

  • Drive lifecycle and segmentation programs including nurture streams, trigger programs, and large-scale campaigns.

  • Conceptualizes, plans and executes innovative ABM enablement in collaboration with regional sales teams across retail and non-retail verticals.

  • Ensure optimal experiences and performance (e.g. # of demo requests, prospect experience) of digital properties such as websites and owned media

  • Develops and owns end-to-end website management with a proactive approach to continuous improvement to consistently improve conversion rate, acquisition, and usability of the site.

  • Define, compile and report key metrics tied to growth marketing initiatives and company growth. 

  • Support the organization of NES by helping drive qualified signups to the event.

  • Build, coach, and manage a high-performing Growth Marketing team, including driving recruiting activities, assessment of candidates, and ensuring ramp-up of new hires.


Requirements:

  • 3 - 5+ years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
  • Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred), Salesforce.

  • Hands-on experience with account and contact data sources and enrichment like Builtwith, Datafox, Clearbit, Zoominfo, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and performance analysis, with fluency in understanding CPA, CPL, CAC/LTV, etc.

  • Proven competency in working ‘hands-on’ and being involved in granular detail, as well as setting the overall strategy.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize budget to maximize return on investment

  • Team management experience 

  • The maturity and gravitas to interact with executive leadership on a daily and weekly basis

  • Experience producing marketing campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously
