Demand Generation Manager

The Role: 

As a Demand Generation Manager, your primary focus will be on creating and executing demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media and content creation. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving lead generation and nurturing prospects through the funnel. You will be based in our office in Espoo, Finland, and we offer flexibility for hybrid work.  

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. 

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and re-targeting efforts. 

  • Create compelling content to support demand generation, such as blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to support demand generation campaigns. 

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales, optimizing lead handoff and conversion. 

  • Utilize marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to build, execute, and optimize lead nurturing workflows and email marketing campaigns. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and improve ROI. 

  • Identify new opportunities for growth by staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through digital marketing channels and tactics. We appreciate if you can demonstrate quantitative success as part of your application. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging for different stages of the buyer’s journey. 

  • Hands-on experience with content creation and paid media management. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance and ROI. 

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, and CRM tools like Salesforce. 

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Other languages, such as German, Finnish, Swedish, or Dutch are seen as a plus. 

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
