π€ Build the AI expertise that defines your career
AI is transforming every industry, yet very few software companies are truly AI-native. Based in Finland, you will help build AI-native HR technology with the ambition to become the very best in the world. You will work alongside experts who build AI-powered products, gain first-hand insight into applied AI, and continuously deepen your understanding of how to use tools like Claude Code to accelerate feature delivery. β¨ Role highlights
Bridge design and development β You own the interaction design details and translate Claude/Figma designs into responsive, scalable UI in production.
Work closely with Product & Engineering β You act as the dedicated partner to our Product Designer and collaborate seamlessly with our top-tier backend engineering team. You will learn a lot from your interactions with them and your other colleagues.
High-impact product environment β You shape the future of our component library, replace legacy code, and directly drive our Product-Led Growth (PLG) goals and customer retention metrics.
Growth and innovation β You act as a champion for AI-assisted frontend development within our R&D team of 12+ engineers.
Compensation & Ownership β We believe in a total compensation model which includes a fixed base salary, benefits, and the opportunity to become a shareholder in TalentAdore. Your fixed monthly salary will be 4000-4800β¬ per month.
πΌ What you will be doing
You will make a real difference by owning the user experience from design to execution. As part of the role, you will:
Design & build features β You take full ownership of the interaction design details and translate complex Figma/Claude workflows into responsive, high-quality React components.
Own the component library β You maintain the design system in code, propose cleanup priorities for components and tokens, and ensure consistency across all new feature releases.
Leverage AI for efficiency β You use tools like Claude Code to accelerate feature delivery and mentor the wider team on AI-assisted frontend development.
Integrate & optimize β You work closely with backend architects to integrate frontend components with Python-based APIs, while navigating and modernizing legacy UI code.

π― What we are looking for
Must-haves
Design & Frontend Expertise: You have proven experience in both product/UX design and frontend development. You may have operated in a hybrid role, or transitioned from a dedicated design role into frontend development over your career. You must have a portfolio demonstrating your capabilities in both disciplines, whether those examples come from combined or separate projects.
Strong React + JavaScript/TypeScript Experience: You are able to build scalable component architectures from scratch.
AI Coding Enthusiasm: You are genuinely excited about using AI tools (such as Claude Code) to work smarter, continuously accelerate development, and improve the user experience.
API Integration: You understand the bigger picture and successfully integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
Teamwork: You possess a genuine appreciation for our collaborative culture, with the belief that the best results are achieved by working together as one team. At the same time, you demonstrate strong self-leadership by taking ownership of your work, working independently and reliably.
Your background
You will likely have:
Worked in product organizations, SaaS companies, and/or tech scale-ups in hybrid "Design Engineer" or "UX Engineer" roles, or started your career as a product designer before transitioning into frontend development; or
Operated as a consultant, agency developer, or freelancer with a high sense of ownership, and you are now highly motivated to move to an in-house role so that you can focus on the entire lifecycle of a limited number of solutions.
Developed a proactive mindset, taking personal pride in the visual and functional quality of the UI.
(Nice to have) Gained familiarity with Python or Node.js, or acquired deep knowledge of web animation and micro-interactions.

At the beginning of employment, the fixed salary is approximately 4000-4800β¬ per month (depending on your skills, background, and experience.) We believe in shared success, which is why, after successfully completing your probationary period, we offer you the opportunity to acquire shares and become a co-owner of the company.
