Director, Debt Advisory at Clearwater Finland

We are currently looking for an experienced debt markets specialist to join our Debt Advisory team

 

The Role

  • Identifying potential clients and cases
  • Contacting potential clients and active sales of Clearwater debt advisory services with a partner
  • Defining Clearwater tasks in assignments, including necessary analysis and people resources
  • Taking overall responsibility of the project tasks, including modelling (cash flows, covenants etc.)
  • Participation in execution and scheduling of assignments, participation also in instructing and monitoring analysts and cooperation partners working in projects
  • Communication with project team members and financiers
  • Taking responsibility of quantitative analyses and presentations
  • Presenting assignment accomplishments to clients

Who do we look for?

  • Master’s degree in economics, technology, law or in other relevant academic studies
  • 7-12 years relevant working experience, preferably in an adviser’s role, working last years independently with a project management responsibility and with corporate debt funding
  • Demonstrated track-record of independent sales/origination/execution roles
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Corporate analysis (FAS and IFRS)
  • Financial instruments, terminology, typical covenants and other debt instruments’ terms and conditions
  • Formulating forecast scenarios and financial modelling
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English
