Director of Business Area (Environment and Health) for Ramboll Finland.

This is a critical leadership role in our Environment and Health business with state-of-the-art expertise, committed people and many opportunities to grow our position as a tier one company of our field.

As a director of business area, you will take ownership of our successful business, help shape where we focus, how we grow and how we work with our clients in Finland. You get to translate Ramboll and the global business area (Environment and Health) priorities into a clear local direction, make choices on where Ramboll can create most value, and work closely with colleagues across service lines and geographies to bring the best of Ramboll to our clients.

What we hope you bring

We hope to meet someone with solid commercial experience and the confidence required to take P&L responsibility of our valued business with annual revenue of approx. €35 million. We are looking for a leader who recognizes that Ramboll's greatest strength is its people: 275 talented experts in Environment and Health Finland whose engagement, development and success ultimately drive the business. Above, this is a role about inspiring people, helping them grow, creating opportunities for them to thrive, and bringing them together around a shared ambition.

In addition to people leadership capabilities, we hope to meet someone who can bring clarity and direction, make decisions in a complex matrix organization, and who embraces the idea that strong business results are built through mutual trust and collaboration. Given the highly specialized nature of our Environment & Health business, we wish our future leader to be comfortable engaging with technical experts, building credibility through genuine curiosity and appreciation for our professional excellence. We believe that fluency in both English and Finnish, spoken and written, is essential for building strong relationships and succeeding in this role.
