Document Controller
FiveNines is an international data centre infrastructure company that delivers complex, mission-critical projects across Europe. With a strong focus on safety, quality, sustainability and innovation, the company combines deep industry expertise with a collaborative approach to deliver world-class infrastructure projects. As a growing organisation, FiveNines offers an opportunity to work alongside industry experts and contribute to projects that help power the digital world.
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a major data centre project by ensuring that project documentation, compliance records and site administration processes are organised, accurate and up to date. Acting as an important link between project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, you will help maintain smooth information flow and ensure that documentation meets both client and company standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for controlling project and company documentation, maintaining document control procedures and ensuring that all project records are properly stored and accessible. You will also coordinate site induction processes, verify training certifications for site personnel and ensure that required records are uploaded and maintained within internal systems. Through your work, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of compliance, quality and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a technically demanding international infrastructure project within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will be part of an international business, with the opportunity to contribute both globally and, in the future, from FiveNines' Loviisa-based operations.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in document control, project administration or a similar coordination role, ideally within the construction, infrastructure or industrial project environment. Strong administrative and IT skills are essential, and experience working with document management systems and project documentation processes will help you excel in the position. Knowledge of the construction industry and its documentation requirements is considered a significant advantage.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working in a structured way while supporting multiple stakeholders across a project organisation. Strong organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities will help you succeed in this role.
At FiveNines, you will become part of an ambitious and highly skilled team that values capability, curiosity, collaboration, compliance and commitment. The company combines the agility of a growing business with the expertise and experience needed to deliver large-scale mission-critical projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in an international environment while contributing to projects that make a real impact.
What FiveNines offers
FiveNines offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including accommodation and subsistence support when assigned, private medical schemes, life insurance, an employee assistance programme, a discretionary project bonus scheme, pension benefits and annual leave that increases with length of service. In addition to attractive benefits, you will have the opportunity to work on major international projects and explore future career opportunities across the wider FiveNines Group.
