We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Electrical and IT Supervisors to join several major wind farm construction projects in Finland.

The first assignments are expected to commence during late 2026 and early 2027, providing an exciting opportunity to become involved in large-scale renewable energy projects from construction through energization and project completion. Based on current project schedules, electrical and IT supervision activities will be required throughout the electrical installation and commissioning phases of the projects. citeturn27search1turn2search1turn3search1

As an Electrical and IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the construction of Electrical Balance of Plant (eBoP), IT infrastructure, substations and main transformer scopes on behalf of the project owner. You will work closely with Grid Managers, Site Managers, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure that all works are delivered safely, efficiently and according to project requirements. citeturn27search1

We are recruiting for multiple Electrical and IT Supervisor positions across our growing renewable energy project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise eBoP, IT, substation and transformer construction activities on site. citeturn27search1
• Ensure high-quality installation and construction work. citeturn27search1
• Work closely with Site Managers and Grid Managers to achieve project milestones. citeturn27search1
• Monitor contractor QA/QC and HSE performance at site level. citeturn27search1
• Follow contractor progress and performance against contractual requirements. citeturn27search1
• Identify, document and report technical deviations. citeturn27search1
• Support contractors in successful delivery of their scope. citeturn27search1
• Coordinate interfaces between civil works, foundations, substations, transformers, overhead lines and turbine installation activities. citeturn27search1
• Participate in design reviews, inspections and project meetings. citeturn27search1
• Support risk identification and mitigation activities within electrical project scopes. citeturn27search1

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. citeturn27search1
• Experience supervising electrical installation works.
• Experience with substations, MV/HV systems, electrical infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements within electrical construction. citeturn27search1
• Excellent communication and coordination skills. citeturn27search1
• Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities. citeturn27search1
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills. citeturn27search1

Considered an Advantage

• Wind farm construction experience.
• Experience with substations and transformers.
• Experience with SCADA, IT or communication systems.
• Familiarity with Fingrid, TSO or DSO interfaces.
• Owner's engineer or client-side supervision experience. citeturn27search1
