Electrical Leader
We are now looking for an Electrical Leader to strengthen our Workshop department in Jyväskylä, Finland.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily internal production planning and continuous process improvement. You will work closely with our electrical design team and other internal stakeholders to develop and maintain production schedules that meet demand while optimizing resources.
In addition to overseeing broader production operations, you will also act as the team leader for our Electrical team of nine members. This includes providing day-to-day support, guidance, and leadership to ensure the team’s success.
In your daily work, you will utilize our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as our PLM tool Siemens Teamcenter.
We are not looking for a perfectly shaped expert. Instead, we value the right mindset, curiosity, and motivation to grow with us. You do not necessarily need to have extensive leadership experience, we also welcome candidates with strong future potential.
You will be working in an international environment where English is used daily, so good communication skills in English are essential. We also appreciate a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work in a dynamic and occasionally fast-paced environment.

Who we are looking for
To succeed in this position, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, along with a practical understanding of production planning in an in-house environment. You are motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative when solving problems.
What we expect from you

- Basic understanding of automotive electrical work
- Good English skills, both written and spoken

- Ability to perform well in a dynamic and occasionally high-pressure environment
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
