About the position

Santa Claus Holiday Village Safaris is looking for Elves for the upcoming winter season to create magical moments for guests arriving at Piiru Forest. Are you the one who can light up the Christmas spirit in their eyes and fully embrace the role of an elf with all your heart? 

As an Elf, you will work with children and families: playing, doing crafts, chatting and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You are a big part of our guests’ experience –  your encounters will leave lasting memories that they will talk about long after returning home. In this role, you can use your creativity and interaction abilities in the beautiful surroundings of Lapland. 

The work takes place at Piiru Forest, with flexible working hours throughout the week – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the busiest season. The position is fixed-term, tentatively from November to December 2026, but may continue further into the season as agreed. Working hours available according to the agreement: 90–120 hours per 3 weeks. The terms of employment follow the collective agreement for the program services sector. The employment relationship is established between Bondata and the employee. 

A day in an elf’s shoes looks like this: 

• Meeting and engaging with guests – being an approachable character for both children and adults 
• Playing with children, doing crafts, and guiding enjoyable shared activities 
• Embracing the elf role and creating a magical, story-like atmosphere in different situations 
• Working together with the team to ensure a safe, smooth, and memorable guest experience

Salary

The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement for the program services sector. 

Depending on experience and duties 10,09 -13,59 €/h + supplements by the collective agreement.
