New products require new skills and competences. To ensure that the magic in soundproof pods happens in the future with smart and connected digital systems, we are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. It is time to digitize the industry we pioneered!

The role 

  • Be hands-on introducing immersive digital elements into Framery’s meeting pods that will extend and enhance the customer experience
  • Write code that will run in tens of thousands of devices globally
  • Develop applications for RTOS, Linux, Qt and/or Android depending on your preferences
  • Participate in development of different kinds of sensoring solutions to generate data that is then processed further into customer insights
  • Work together with other product/feature team members to deliver the product outcomes

 

What we expect from you

  • Experience from Yocto Linux system software development
  • Good Python, C++ and C skills 
  • Qt development experience
  • Familiarity with Yocto SDK build process
  • Understanding of connected IoT devices and/or CAN devices
  • Experience from scrum and agile software development
  • Good spoken and written language skills in English

We value experience from Android development and experience from Mender OTA system, OpenVPN client device integration, CANopen system integration and/or PKI integration with devices.
