Join our HR Operations team as an EMEA HR Administration and Payroll Specialist and support our business across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. In this role, you will partner closely with local HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

What you will be doing

• HR Administration & Employee Support – Provide HR administrative support for employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, acting as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Employee Lifecycle Management – Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, and offboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
• HR Systems & Data Management – Maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring high data quality and compliance with internal policies and service levels.
• Payroll & Stakeholder Collaboration – Collaborate closely with Payroll and local HR teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely HR processes across the region.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management – Create and maintain HR documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles to support consistent ways of working.
• Process Improvement – Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization to enhance HR service delivery.

What you need to succeed

• Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services.
• Language Skills – Fluent English (written and spoken).
• HR Systems & Technical Skills – Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and HR teams.
• Organization & Problem-Solving – Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What we consider a plus

• Additional Language Skills – Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish is considered an asset.
