We’re looking for Endpoint Solutions Engineer for Amer Sports’ office in Kraków.

Are you passionate about modern endpoint management, automation, and building secure, scalable workplace technologies? We're looking for an Endpoint Solutions Engineer to help drive our global Digital Workplace transformation.

In this role, you'll design, engineer, and implement enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments. Working closely with Solution Architects, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams, you'll play a key role in delivering cloud-first, secure, and standardized endpoint services that enhance employee productivity and user experience.

What you will be doing:

Endpoint Solutions Engineering

• Partnering with the Endpoint Solutions Architect to implement enterprise endpoint solutions based on approved designs.
• Building, configuring, testing, and deploying endpoint solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Participating in technical design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations to support solution delivery.

Endpoint Platform Engineering

• Engineering, implementing, and maintaining endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
• Configuring endpoint policies, compliance settings, software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle processes.
• Supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments while maintaining endpoint health, reporting, and operational stability.

Endpoint Security

• Implementing endpoint security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, FileVault, and Conditional Access.
• Supporting endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives in collaboration with Cyber Security teams.
• Implementing endpoint security baselines and compliance policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Delivering endpoint engineering activities for Digital Workplace modernization, cloud-first initiatives, and global technology deployments.
• Supporting office relocations, mergers and acquisitions, and other global endpoint implementation projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and operational efficiency using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API.

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Acting as a Level 3 technical escalation point for complex endpoint platform issues, supporting major incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management. This represents approximately 30% of the role, with the remaining time focused on engineering, implementation, and project delivery.
• Working closely with Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud teams, and technology vendors to deliver integrated endpoint solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles to support global operations and knowledge sharing.

What you need to succeed:

Experience & Technical Expertise

• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience implementing endpoint security and compliance controls.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint engineering, platform implementation, software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
• Hands-on scripting and automation skills using PowerShell; experience with Python or Bash is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.

Languages & Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Preferred (but not mandatory) certifications:
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
  • Jamf Certified Associate / Jamf 200 / Jamf 300
  • ITIL Foundation
