We are now looking for an ERP Business Solution Specialist for our Digital team to be responsible for the management and optimization of Vahterus' ERP systems and other ERP related activities.  

Your responsibilities as an ERP Business Solution Specialist include, for example: 

• Manage the designated systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and are well-integrated with other IT systems. 

• Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, implementing improvements and upgrades as needed. 

• Ensure the system meets the needs of users and aligns with organizational goals. 

• Provide technical support, train, and help end users, and solve system-specific problems and error situations. 

• Participate to develop, create, and maintain reporting. 

Your workplace is in any of our Finland offices (Kalanti, Raisio or Helsinki). However, you are available to travel to our office in Kalanti as needed. 

What do we expect from you in this role? 

• You have a few years of experience in similar roles - you know how to get things done and achieve results. 

• Work experience in the manufacturing industry is considered an advantage. 

• You have worked with ERP systems, and you are familiar with the principles of the order-to-delivery process. 

• You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, both in writing and verbally.  

• You are proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively with your team and various stakeholders. 

• You understand the basic principles of databases, and experience working with databases is a plus. 

• You are interested in developing processes and ways of working.
