Join Our Team as an Export Operations Specialist – Driving Seamless Export Operations Across EMEA!
Are you passionate about international logistics and ensuring smooth export operations? We’re looking for an Export Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our EMEA export business, supporting iconic brands like Armada, Atomic, Peak Performance, Salomon, and Wilson.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the full order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to international customers.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and customers to support service excellence and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate logistics with carriers and freight forwarders, proactively resolving shipment issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for export-related inquiries, keeping customers and internal teams informed.
• Maintain export records and generate performance reports, contributing to audits and KPIs.

What you need to succeed:

• University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• First experience in export operations or international logistics; recent graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with a solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks across different countries and adapting to evolving priorities.
