We’re looking for Finance, Accounting Assistant for Amer Sports’ office in Kraków.

What you will be doing

• Manage intercompany accounting activities including budgeted transactions, actuals, year-end true-ups, ad-hoc postings, intercompany balance reconciliations, and BlackLine reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing tasks according to the group schedule and support the Reporting team to ensure timely statutory and corporate reporting.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales organizations, and Financial Controllers to communicate and resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Support interim and year-end audits and assist with other accounting tasks and projects as requested.
• Identify process improvement opportunities while adhering to internal control procedures, operating processes, and company policies.

What you need to succeed

• Education: Studying or graduated in Economics or Finance.
• Technical skills: Good Excel knowledge.
• Language skills: High proficiency of English.
• Soft skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, task and time management, teamwork, good communication skills, and flexibility.
