Would you like to build the finance and HR foundation for a new international destination in Lapland?

NOA Villas was designed to blend into the landscape: locally sourced timber, ground-source heating and dark-sky lighting. Our guests come from all over the world, and our team is international.

We are now looking for a finance professional who will also act as a bridge between Finnish employment practices and our international ownership. This is a permanent position.

Your role

• Running and developing payroll and related processes
• Supporting the owners and management in interpreting Finnish employment legislation, collective agreements and statutory obligations
• Contributing to shift planning and working-time monitoring together with the operations team
• Building HR practices: employment contracts, onboarding, documentation
• Taking part in planning and delivering the resort's day-to-day operations in your own area – seasonal fluctuation, resourcing and keeping things running smoothly

We expect

• Experience in finance and administration, particularly in payroll
• Knowledge of Finnish employment and payroll legislation
• The ability to explain complex matters clearly – in English as well
• An independent, well-organised approach and the motivation to build ways of working from the ground up

Considered an advantage

• Familiarity with collective agreements, especially in the hospitality and restaurant sector
• Experience in seasonal business or the tourism industry
• Experience of working in an international environment
