Finance Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to join our team in Nastola, Finland. In this key role, you will report directly to the Managing Director of Wipak Oy and act as a member of Local Management Team, leading our finance function with a strong focus on performance, transparency, and business partnership.
Your Role
As Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop the local finance team, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure robust internal controls and support audit and compliance processes.
- Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of finance operations.
What You Bring
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Location
This position is based in Nastola, where you’ll work closely with our local and international teams.
