We are looking for business oriented professional to join our Finance team at Aidian in Espoo

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to join Finance team and support management with various tasks regarding budgeting, forecast, sales development, strategy from planning to implementation and business analysis to support decision making. You will be a key player with multiple stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial and R&D organization. You will report to Finance Manager. This position is permanent.

In this position, you will 

• be a key player in supporting the commercial team with financial data as well as providing sales information to Finance team
• contribute to the strategy process by preparing analyses and supporting the core strategy team
• analyze and develop financial forecasts and related analysis to support decision-making 
• assist in financial modeling and business case development for strategic initiatives 
• be responsible for sales budgeting and target setting together with both Finance and Commercial organization
• manage and support key development projects in Aidian Group level
• collaborate closely with CFO, CEO, CCO as well with the efficient Finance team and the Commercial organization 

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a curious and driven individual who enjoys solving complex problems and turning data into actionable insights. Ideally, you bring the following:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• You have 2-4 years of work experience in strategy work, data analysis and problem-solving, e.g. from a consulting firm or international corporation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw clear conclusions and communicate them effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills — you take initiative, manage tasks independently, and adapt easily to changing priorities; experience in project management is a plus
• Great communication and collaboration skills, and fluency in both Finnish and English (spoken and written)
• A feedback-oriented mindset — you value both giving and receiving constructive input
• Familiarity with financial data flows and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Interest in manufacturing, R&D-driven businesses, and/or the healthcare and diagnostics industry
