This is an opportunity for you to join CapMan in the role of Financial Controller as part of the Group Finances and Accounting team.
About the team
CapMan’s Group Finance & Accounting team is responsible for CapMan Group’s financial reporting, both internal and external, as well as treasury operations. Our team comprises four professionals.
About the role
- You will act as a legal entity controller for selected group entities and control and validate their financial reporting by co-operating with external accounting service providers and internal stakeholders.
- You will be an essential part of the monthly, interim and annual reporting process and work in close collaboration with other controllers of the team.
- You will also validate your entities’ tax returns, participate in transfer pricing documentation and have a back-up role in team’s other responsibilities related to, for example, payments, management reporting and planning processes.
- You will have responsibility for and ownership of knowing your entities’ figures. You are self-driven and interested in developing processes and finding solutions. You have a curious and critical mindset, are able to see anomalies and prioritise effectively under tight schedules maintaining a holistic view. Your reliability and timely delivery enable the team to count on you with confidence.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe that you:
- Hold an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting
- Have some prior practical experience in accounting and understanding of the basics of group consolidation principles
- Work in a structured and analytical manner, with strong attention to detail
- Are solution-oriented and able to stay calm and consistent also in challenging situations
- Have proficiency in English and Finnish

Our recruitment process

This is a permanent, full-time position starting in the beginning of March 2026.
