Your role
You will be responsible for the full business operations in your territory:

• Build and grow the business locally
• Lead sales and customer experience (B2C & B2B)
• Take full responsibility for profitability, revenue, and cash flow
• Lead and develop your team
• Execute business plans from strategy to daily operations

What we are looking for

• Experience in a commercially driven role with P&L responsibility
• Strong sales and customer-facing skills
• Background in retail, showroom, or consumer business
• Understanding of both B2C and B2B environments
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to execute and deliver results
