We’re looking for positive, service-driven franchise entrepreneurs to take charge of the overall operations, sales, finances, and team management of their O’Learys venue. As a franchise entrepreneur, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and organize your team, and drive everyone toward shared goals. You’ll also play a hands-on role in sales and deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

Experience in chain business operations and supervisory work is a significant advantage and supports success in the entrepreneurial role. In addition, previous experience in hospitality, restaurant or any franchise business and industry is an advantage, but not a limitation.
