We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our global logistics team as an Freight Forwarder. In this role, you will manage outbound shipments, handle customs documentation, and ensure smooth transport operations across global markets. You’ll collaborate closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams, using SAP to manage everything from small parcel deliveries to sea container shipments including dangerous goods to ensure efficient operations. As a member of our Outbound team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable and timely deliveries.

This is a fixed-term position of one year, based at our headquarters in Kauklahti, Espoo.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate domestic and international shipments and transportation, including arranging transportation, booking delivery slots, creating related paperwork and controlling orders in SAP and other portals. 
• Handle export declarations and customs clearances.
• Prepare export documentation, from certificates of origin to customs and dangerous goods documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with IATA rules for dangerous goods.
• Track deliveries and collect proof of delivery.
• Prepare Intrastat reports for EU trade.
• Check and process shipping invoices.

You will need for succeeding

• Experience in logistics, export, and customs operations.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• IATA DGR certification is an advantage.
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent Finnish and strong professional English skills (both written and spoken).
