Are you the Front Desk Specialist we are looking for?

We are seeking a full-time Customer Happiness Officer for our client XWander. The title accurately reflects the core of the role: ensuring a smooth, warm, and successful customer experience throughout the entire service journey.

In this position, you will be responsible for customer service upon clients’ arrival, as well as serving customers by phone and email. You will also maintain the CRM system and ensure that customer data is up to date. During the customer journey, you will coordinate operational situations such as schedule changes, transport delays, and equipment-related challenges in cooperation with the Service Manager. You will also work in the shop and assist with guiding tasks when needed.

After the customer journey, you will finalize the service process by sending thank-you and feedback requests, deliver photo material to clients. In addition, you will compile a monthly summary of customer feedback for the team to support the development of the customer experience.

The role emphasizes a customer-oriented mindset, strong ownership of the service journey, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a key role in making sure that the customer journey progresses smoothly and with high quality from the first contact all the way to post-trip feedback.

The employment begins at the start of November and continues until the end of March 2027. Paid onboarding will take place in mid-October. Salary will be based on agreement and experience, and other terms of employment follow the collective agreement for the program services sector. Shared accommodation is available in Ivalo for the winter season at a reasonable rent.

We expect from you:

  • Education and/or prior experience in tourism and service industries, and/or previous experience in front desk or other tourism customer service roles
  • Fluent French and Spanish skills; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Previous experience with systems such as Bokun, FareHarbor, and HubSpot is an advantage
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and a reliable working style
  • Content creation skills; drone and photography skills are an advantage
  • A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
