Our Client in Finland is looking for Frontend Developers to turn great designs into elegant and well-executed digital products and services that make a difference. You will work on behalf of BASE IT Oy, and you might be a freelancer, soft entrepreneur or a fix-time employee.

Assignment requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Knowledge of React, Angular or similar web framework
• Curious and creative mindset, attention to details, with a hands-on attitude
• Good understanding of product development and product management
• Experience in working in a creative agency
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent English language skills

Good to have:

• Experience in cloud services and database development
• Experience in mobile development (iOS, Android)
• UX design skills
• Knowledge about emerging technologies and interest in learning more (e.g. AR, VR, AI…)
• Experience in working in multi-disciplinary and international teams
• Fluent Finnish, German or Polish language skills

For a Senior position, we expect you to have:

• Experience in leading client projects with a team of multiple designers and developers
• Experience in coaching and mentoring other developers to learn and grow

For a Lead position, we expect you to have:

• Experience in leading large client projects and multi-disciplinary creative teams of highly-performing and motivated professionals
• Proven track record of successful project deliveries
• Passion to drive and develop the practices for quality and competence growth
• Wide network of professional connections within different communities

Assignment starts: Q1 2022 or constant need

Allocation: 100 %

Assignment location: Remote or Hybrid (from time to time you should visit office)

Assignment duration: 3-6 months typically
