We are strengthening our fast-growing organization with a General Counsel to take ownership of the legal and contractual framework at Framery. You will work closely with our management team and report to our CFO. You will handle various contractual and legal matters, related to our international growth and expansion, global sales channels, and partnerships with our suppliers to create a robust and systematic approach to contract management.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact and trusted advisor for our business stakeholders and top management in group-wide legal operations across functions and legal entities
• Supporting a variety of scenarios and strategic planning from a legal point of view
• Focus on commercial agreements, both on supplier and sales agreements globally, with a key role in contract negotiations with our partners
• Maintain and develop the structure around contract negotiations and overall contract management
• Support Group structuring and financing-related projects 
• Work in close cooperation with top external law firms to give timely and accurate legal advice and support business units in a variety of legal topics

Your background:

You have strong expertise and several years of experience as an in-house counsel and/or from a law firm in an international setting (in-house experience is considered a great advantage). You hold a Master of Laws degree and have a background in a generalist role, dealing with a variety of commercial legal topics. A strong business acumen, combined with a willingness to take ownership of a generalist legal role that involves a diverse range of tasks, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English are a must in this role. Your possible IPO, M&A, and other Due Diligence experience are seen as great assets.
