General Manager, Analyzer Business Line
- Strategic & operational leadership: direct responsibility for making strategic and operational decisions to drive the unit’s profitability and growth. Develops a plan for the unit aligned with overall Raute and BU’s strategy and targets.
- Financial and performance accountability: oversees the unit’s financials, including profit and loss, budgeting and forecasting, being responsible for customer projects’ successful execution.
- People leadership: guides and develops the unit’s team by managing and coaching people, ensures Raute values driven culture, high performance and open communication.
- Management and reporting: as a member of BU leadership team, drives the BU agenda and strategy execution. Participates in management reviews to assess the overall performance of the business unit. Reports to senior management and stakeholders on unit performance, strategic progress, and operational challenges.
- Financial decision making: empowered to make critical financial decisions within the unit, including budget allocation and pricing strategies in coordination the CCO and cost management.
- Sales and customer relationship support: provides support to the commercial team and ensures the successful execution of the customer projects, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through all phases of project execution.
- Operational excellence: manages and develops the local unit’s operations to maintain competitive edge. Drives continuous improvement in engineering work quality and processes.
