As Nosto’s Global Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of Nosto’s online and offline conferences in EMEA, Asia Pacific and North America. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to organize our own events as well as our participation in industry conferences and tradeshows and to drive a qualified pipeline for Nosto.
Online event is one of Nosto’s strongest lead generation channels, and we’ve seen great direct ROI from last year. With in-person events slowly coming back, we’re looking for a Global Event Coordinator to oversee and project manage the Hybrid NES conference we are planning in April 2022 which will be both online and offline as well as any other big conferences or trade shows we are looking to speak or sponsor. We want to create one unique Nosto experience across our online and in-person events while being cost efficient globally.
This role reports into the Global Head of Marketing at Nosto.
Oversee the logistics and budget for our biggest offline and online conferences, track project schedules, deadlines, agendas, and flows, as well as negotiate with and manage vendors when required (booth setup, giveaways, collateral, registration, travel, etc).
Coordinate all the deliverables as described in the sponsorship package and identify additional opportunities that will impact our target audience.
Coordinate all the deliverables for each sponsorship package, making sure sponsors meet deadlines and lead generation targets for our own events.
Ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of all necessary components, for each live session, and pre-recorded video for the event.
Ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of all necessary components, properties, and materials for each in-person event.
Coordinate the sale of our own event sponsorships as well as the agenda creation.
Ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of all necessary components, properties, and materials for each event.
Develop deep partnerships with internal Nosto stakeholders and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams to achieve desired results.
Manage conferences on-site, maintain team motivation, ensure the sales team is meeting their goals, interact with participants, represent Nosto’s brand, pitch our story, and attract the target audience.
Regularly update the marketing leadership team on the status of trends, metrics, challenges/solutions, forecast, and strategy to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
Own the post-event and wrap-up, deliver clean lists of qualified leads, and ensure a smooth handover to sales and all sponsors.
Who you are
3+ years of related experience (event coordination, online conferences, trade show management, sponsorships, field marketing, corporate events) working closely alongside sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve results.
Experience working in a similar position at a SaaS or tech is a huge advantage.
Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo is a plus.
Knowledge of the platform Hubilo is a plus or similar event management system.
