As a Global Logistics Trainee, you'll be working with.

• Outbound Logistics Coordination: Managing freight bookings and related document handling for international shipments, including sea freight and customer pick-ups.
• Carrier Cooperation: Working closely with freight companies on diverse matters, such as delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and light troubleshooting.
• Internal Support: Providing essential logistics support to internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Partner Support teams) and informing them of potential schedule changes.
• Customer Invoicing: Executing customer invoicing processes.

 
We are looking for:

• Studies majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field of study. Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is considered an advantage.
• A proactive 'self-starter' attitude with a 'get it done' mentality and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A customer service-oriented and outgoing mindset.
• An ability to adapt to a changing work environment and varying daily tasks.
• Organized working style and solid communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish (both verbally and in writing), as you will be communicating with both international and domestic freight carriers.
• Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems

Practicalities:

This is a fixed-term Trainee position from the beginning of May until the end of August 2026. The position is located at our headquarters in Tampere. We value in-person collaboration and therefore active readiness to work at HQ in Tampere is required. The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from €2250 to €2550 per month. The final compensation depends on achieved study credits.
