Shape the Future of Global Processes at Raute
We’re looking for a Global Process Manager to play a key role in shaping the way we operate across our global organization. This is a manager-level position where you will lead a team of two direct reports and provide indirect leadership to global process owners across a matrix organization.
In this role, you will drive the development and improvement of our core processes across functions and teams, ensuring that our processes support both today’s business needs and tomorrow’s growth.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the way we work globally. In our organization, the role offers broad visibility and influence across the business, with the opportunity to shape processes, drive change, and collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels. Rather than maintaining existing ways of working, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing improvements that help our organization succeed.
If you thrive on improving how organizations operate, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Drive the global process development roadmap, define priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage and develop the process organization in close cooperation with process owners and other stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration across functions
- Turn insights from data, audits, and day-to-day operations into concrete improvements and measurable results
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and transparency
- Establish clear governance, ownership, and documentation frameworks for key processes across the organization
- Promote a consistent and practical global way of working, supported by the right tools and practices
What we are looking for
- Experience in process development, ideally within an industrial environment
- Understanding of process management principles and continuous improvement methods and tools
- Ability to drive development initiatives and collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into practical solutions
- Good communication skills across different levels of the organization
- A relevant degree in business, engineering, industrial management, or a related field
- Fluency in English; Finnish is considered an advantage
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and motivated to develop ways of working in a global organization. If you feel your experience aligns with many of these areas, we encourage you to apply.
